Ak8bd (bundles.biz) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ak8bd and its users ("Member" or "you").

Ak8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. We will endeavour to notify members in advance of such changes; however, immediate changes may be made in urgent situations.

Ak8bd offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and more than 30 other sports. All members are required to read the following rules before placing any bet:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a "Bet Edit" or "Cash Out" option may be available within a set window before the match begins — this depends on the event type.

Bets may be voided or recalculated in the following cases:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If a technical error is detected in the odds
• If the match is not played at the designated venue
• If a match is suspended for more than 24 hours
• If the outcome cannot be verified

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final. Network delays may cause discrepancies in odds — in such cases, the odds recorded in ak8bd's system will apply.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum win limits apply to single bets and combination bets. These limits vary depending on the sport and bet type. Please refer to the Help Center for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak8bd platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Match Fixing or Spot Fixing: Participating in or facilitating any form of match manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using automated systems to place bets or play games.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access your account, or using someone else's account.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts or false information.
• Use of Another Person's Information: Using another person's identity or payment details.

You can close your ak8bd account at any time. Contact our support team or do it yourself through your account settings. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Ak8bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• KYC verification not completed
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Legal directives or court orders

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month starting after 12 months of inactivity. Members can avoid this fee by logging in at any time.

Ak8bd is an entertainment platform. ak8bd is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the service. Gaming and betting carry financial risk — by participating, you are knowingly accepting that risk.

Ak8bd is not liable for the following:

• Issues with transactions or bets caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence
• Natural disasters or any other circumstances beyond our control

In the event of any technical issue, ak8bd will work to resolve it as quickly as possible and will consider providing fair compensation to affected members.
